Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes, kneading, and gentle tapping to relax the body, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension—making it the perfect foundation for both personal and professional practice.
By the end of this intensive course, you’ll have the confidence and skills to perform a full-body Swedish massage, incorporating both relaxation and therapeutic techniques. You’ll also gain an understanding of how to customize each session to meet individual needs.

Certification: An ABT accredited Certificate of Completion of Swedish Massage will be awarded at the end of the course.
