By the end of this course, you’ll be able to perform a soothing Indian Head Massage that relieves tension and promotes wellbeing in the head, neck, shoulders, and face. You’ll understand how to adapt the treatment for different clients and settings, providing a deeply relaxing experience.
Course content:

Foundations & Origins: Overview of Ayurvedic roots, traditional techniques, and the benefits of Indian Head Massage.

Anatomy Focus: Understanding the muscles and pressure points of the head, neck, shoulders, and upper back.

Seated Massage Techniques: Practical application of strokes, kneading, and pressure-point work performed on a clothed client in a seated position.

Scalp, Face & Hair Techniques: Specialized movements to stimulate circulation, relieve tension, and promote relaxation.

Client Care & Adaptations: Consultation, contraindications, aftercare advice, and adapting the treatment for various needs or settings.
